Consignor In-Take Form

Use this form to send us details and photos of the items you’d like to consign. If you’re submitting more than one item, just check the “Add Another Item” box after uploading photos for each one.

Please note that we’re unable to accept fabric furniture like couches, recliners, or loveseats for consignment. All items must be dropped off at our store, as we don’t offer pickup at this time.
