Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • Please allow up to 3 business for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • All items are shipped via United States Postal Office.
  • Depending on the items being purchased, supported shipping methods will appear on the final checkout screen. You may also opt for local pickup.


Local Pickup Only:

  • Bee Balm Boutique currently offers local pick up.
  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on when and how to pick up your items from our store location.


Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed during our business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.
  • You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.


Returns and Exchanges:

  • Buyers are responsible for sending items back, either returning to store or sending via post.
  • Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow returns on consignment items. However, such requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Certain items, such as final sale items and personal care products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
